Don’t buy any car here! Frank Fay is a very nice and polite person, but I warn you, he sells ruined cars that he just manages to make look good and clean for the test. On March 2020, I bought a 2008 BMW 120i E87 to this “professional”. The car appeared to be clean and without any problems, but once I bought it, everything that you can’t see from outside fall apart: Firstly, the next morning after buying the car, I had a massive engine failure on the runway. Costing me more than 900 euros just in repairs. A Mini Cooper S ignition coil had been forced into the engine (no way it could have been confused), causing a cylinder to fail on the runway, killing the injector and other parts. But it wasn’t all. The BMW certified technician also found that an unauthorized ground wire had been added to the damaged first one, causing all sorts of issues that the OBD probe revealed easily. They also found that the catalytic converter's braids were completely torn off, and that the exhaust was likely to fall off one day and that the exhaust gases were leaking. I contacted him after that, to see if he could help with the repair costs. You’d agree that a professional should never sell a car that breaks the next day. Like all scammers the guy was very pleasing by email, but he did not want to hear anything and even suggested me that I should buy dirt cheap pieces on ebay to replace the failing ones … The car was ruined when I bought (and I didn’t buy it cheap, of course) and he doesn’t care because he probably knew it. And it’s not over, I still discover new things today! I don’t drive the car more than once or twice a week nor I take it on long trips, easy and responsible driving. Yet both front shock absorbers died not even a month after buying the car! If i’m taking the time to write, it is because it cost me a lot of time and money, so if you think about buying a car to Autohaus Fay, I highly suggest you pass your way and search a real professional seller, not a scammer. If Frank is very good at making the car look perfect for the drive test, I can say it really isn’t the real condition of the car.
